[song: BBMak: Back Here]
Dude that song was awesome back in the day. Psssh. Still is. Anyways. Just an update on life is suppose. On Sunday, I got paid $100 to sit and get surveyed for 2 hours about my TV habits. Easiest money ever. The people were really nice, and I didn't even have to drive all the way out near LAX. My friend's boyfriend did. Anyways, so there's that. I'm putting it all aside. I get paid in about two weeks, and I'm ecstatic. It's probably around $200 and so I have to put money in savings and try not to use it all at American Eagle, since I have a coupon, or blow it all at H&M. I am so willing to drive out there and shop. So bad. I need to be wiser about it, since I won't be depending on my parents for money anymore.
Class is fine. School is fine. Social life is gone. So true. I don't have too much time to go around kickin' it with friends so much anymore. Work takes away a lot of my class break time, and usually, when it's all done around 5 pm, I'm ready to go home, study, surf the 'net, you know. Everyone I know probably thinks I'm a recluse or something. Ehhh. I suppose. Surprisingly, I'm ok with it. I know it's not the best thing, but at the same time, I'm doing what I need to get done. And I like it.
Thank Goodness. My iPod is finally resurrected. Like billions of times better than before. Finally, the company got the hint that the iPods I was getting in return for my broken ones were well... just as bad. Thankfully, I have a pretty, shiny, new one. It's so pretty. I like parading it around, even though it's just an iPod classic, not the fancy schmancy iPod touch. Too expensive, and frankly, not worth it. In any case, I love it. I'm so happy. :]
March Madness is practically among us! So excited. Although my school isn't doing so well and definitely will not be participating, I still enjoy watching, and choosing a team at the beginning of the game and then cheering for them. It's pretty intense and so full of energy. Awesome. Frankly, I think I need to pick up on another sport- baseball? Tennis? Nascar? Golf? Hmmm. Maybe not to be obsessed- I avidly watch all the Lakers stuff, so adding another sport would get...well... too much. Then again, I do watch all the Tennis tournaments. Can't wait, though, until Beijing. 08.08.08. Amazing. My favorite time of the year. Seriously. Sadly enough, I enjoy it much more than election season. Oooh the intrigue! Will Michael Phelps top his performance in Athens? Will Shawn Johnson win the Women's all-Around competition in gymnastics? Will Team USA OWN everyone? haha Time will Tell. I can't even contain my excitement.
